Which areas do you cover?

We focus on Swindon’s modern residential estates including (but not limited to) Haydon Wick, Oakhurst, Redhouse, Stratton and Tadpole. If you’re nearby, complete the sign‑up form and we’ll confirm if you fall within an existing round.

How often will my bins be cleaned?

Most customers choose our fortnightly service to match their council collection. Monthly plans and one‑off visits are also available.

Do I need to be home?

No. As long as your bin is accessible (for example at the kerbside or in an agreed spot), we can complete the clean and log it digitally via your Bin Spa QR code.

How do I pay?

We’ll confirm payment options when we set up your account. The business is designed around simple recurring payments so you never have to think about it.

Is there a contract?

No long‑term contracts. If you ever need to pause or cancel, just contact us before your next scheduled visit.

What if my bin is very dirty?

For heavily soiled bins we may recommend an initial deep clean at a separate price before moving you to regular subscription cleans.
